Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Retail Sales Representative and Cell Phone Technician to join our team at iTouch Repair. As a leader in the telecommunications industry, we provide exceptional customer service and quality mobile devices to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries, including providing product information, pricing, and promotions in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate mobile devices, accessories, and service plans.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Educate customers on device functionality, software updates, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, product launches, and software updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mobile devices.
• Knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with mobile device accessories and service plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in cell phone repair or electronics.
• Previous experience with inventory management systems.
• Experience in providing technical support to customers.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
