We deliver throughout the United States and our deliveries are made by the best carriers in the country, making sure that your purchase will arrive to you promptly.
Shipping Time & Cost
Delivery times are always indicated at the top right of each listing. Once you place your order, your item will ship within 24 hours (48 for big items), excluding weekends and holidays.
The shipping prices will depend directly on the location of the customer (zip code) and weight (pounds) of the package, you will be informed before making your purchase, of all the expenses related to the shipment.
Pickup
After making your purchase, you will be informed of the moment in which you can withdraw your purchase in our store located at 2529 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201, from Monday to Friday, from 10AM to 10PM and Saturdays from 10AM to 6PM
Shipping Guarantee
Please note that for orders placed after 1:00 pm, the order will be shipped on the next business day.
That said, the delivery may take slightly longer depending on the season and / or because of unforeseen circumstances. During the Holiday period, for instance, the influx of orders and uncooperative weather can extend the time of delivery.
Return
In case of any inconvenience with your product, you must first contact our customer service team, within a period not exceeding 30 days from the day of your purchase, and we will gladly indicate all the corresponding steps to perform this procedure.

Term and Conditions
Wireless Mobility TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Warranty Policies: WM offer a Free Warranty Repair or Exchange within 30 Days of purchase on Defective Devices only.
MetroPCS PROMISE Return Policy: The phone must be returned within 7 days of purchase with less than one hour of talk time for a Full Refund. The phone must be in “like new condition” and contain all original packaging and accessories, only apply on new account activation, Phone upgrades are non-refundable.
Brand New, Refurbished & Used Cell Phone, Computer, Tablet, Wearable Devices Return Policies: WM offer 7 Days Return Policy with a $35 Flat Restocking Fee for any Devices, the Device must be in like new condition, with no visible damage, no scratches or liquid damage will not be covered. Device must include all original packaging.
Accessories Policies: WM offer 7 Days return policy.
Smartphone, Tablets & Computer Repair Services Policies: 90 Day Repair Warranty (Parts and Labor). It only applies to the part and service originally performed at WM. No warranty will be offered when the device initially had liquid damage, No warranty AT ALL on Broken Screen, Digitizer, Glass or LCD after Installed, warranty will only apply on malfunctioning parts only.
“Diagnostic Fee”: Smartphone or Tablets 20.00, Computer $35 and will be collected at front to be applied to the final repair cost unless the customer refuse/denied to proceed with the repair service.
“Diagnostic Fee” and “Advance Deposit” are NON-REFUNDABLE. Repair Time & Price Quotes: WM will give a general estimate for the time and pricing of any Hardware or Software Repair Service.
WM will not offer refunds or compensation of any kind when the Repair Service takes longer than quoted or the estimated price has increased without notice.
Data/Program Loss: WM will not be responsible AT ALL for any data/program loss. It is possible that some kind of damages to a Smartphone, Tablets or Computer cause data loss or inability to retrieve or access to the data especially when it was been infected with viruses.
Release of Liability: WM released of all liability for hardware or software failures on Cell Phone/Computer being serviced, stored, awaiting pickup and for minor damages/wear-and-tear that may occur as a result on the service being performed.
Abandoned: After 60 days from the invoice date that a Smartphone, Tablets or Computer are not picked up, it is consider to be abandoned and it will be recycled. WM will no longer be responsible.
Software: Software support is available for an additional fee and is not covered under any warranty or service performed at WM, there is NO warranty on software installation.
Unlocking & Flashing Smartphone: It is NON-REFUNDABLE, could cause malfunctioning on your device and might void the manufacture warranty. WM will not guarantee the full functionality of your device after performing the flashing or unlocking service neither the use of Text (SMS), Multimedia Pictures (MMS) or Internet (DATA).
WM are not held responsible for a customer’s phone being blacklisted, reported stolen, or have still been under contract or voiding contract terms and not working for their desired network; If the Unlocking Service gets Rejected for one of the previous reason the customer must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $20.00. USA Carriers can RE-LOCKED your device after being unlocked, we are not held responsible.
